Who Am I?
I’ve helped people from all over the world achieve their goals for health and performance. I’ve helped people train and race in over 1200 Ironman Triathlon events. My athletes have won World Championship races and I’ve been coach of the year before. I know how to get people fit and fast.
But what I’m really excited about is getting them healthy. I’ve impacted more lives in more profound ways with the health systems I use to help people than I do the race coaching.

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being not important and 10 being optimally important) how important is your health (energy, great body, sleep, mental focus etc) Also, while we’re at it…how important is your wealth (money, time freedom)? Now ask yourself, where are you NOW on those same scales.
What I do is get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
